Sunflower Cottage provides Day Services for individuals that are diagnosed with Parkinsons, Alzheimers or Dementia or seniors looking for socialization and companionship. Their private, home-like setting provides a peaceful atmosphere to provide the comfortable feeling of home, with their own kitchen, restroom and living area to relax by the fireplace. Compassionate care-givers assist in ensuring participants have a comfortable and meaningful day. Each individual has activities throughout the day planned that provides personal enjoyment. This can range from assembling puzzles, taking walks, gardening, reading and cooking.
